Nutrition Assessment & Personalised Meal Planning
Our Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment provides an in-depth analysis of your macronutrient (fats, carbohydrates, protein) and micronutrient (vitamins, minerals) intake, alongside an evaluation of your training and activity levels. Through a 7-day diet diary using the Nutritics Libro app, we assess your current habits and identify key areas for improvement. Following this, we offer bespoke meal plans tailored to your individual needs, including a full 7-day menu, portion sizes, macro/micronutrient breakdowns, and recipes—helping you optimise your nutrition for performance, health, and well-being.

Body Composition Assessment
Our Online Body Composition Assessment provides a detailed analysis of your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and overall physique, helping you understand fat distribution, muscularity, leanness, and somatotype. Using the ISAK restricted profile method, we measure 8 skinfold sites, 3 bone breadths, 6 girth measurements, total body mass, and height to give you a precise evaluation of your body composition. Conducted by an ISAK-qualified anthropometrist, this 40-50 minute assessment offers expert insights to help you optimise your nutrition and training for better performance and overall health.
